It has been over a year since nesta’s Visit a Heat Pump service was launched. The service connects people interested in a heat pump with those who already have one to empower more people to see a heat pump in real life, to make them more confident in the technology and more likely to take the next steps towards getting one.
As of 7 April 2025, 1,030 bookings had been made on the platform and as many people book visits in groups of two or more – often with spouses and family, but occasionally with friends and colleagues – a total of 1,672 visits took place. The website enables installers to create a profile page for your business and share installations that your customers can visit. Signing up is quick, easy and completely free. If you’ve done one installation or 100, you can use this service to grow your business: your past customers register your installations, you share with your next customers, they arrange a visit.
